Accessing and Viewing Proofs: Your proofs should be available within two weeks. All proofing is done online through a private gallery. To access your proof gallery click here. These are watermarked and time dated and will expire aproximately 3 weeks from the date of the gallery being posted. Any orders placed within 10 days of the gallery being posted will automatically be discounted by 10%. After the 10 days expire, you may still order, but the discount is no longer valid. PLEASE NOTE: The 10% discount applies to anything ordered, including packages, so order quickly to get the best discount! Retouching: All print prices include standard retouching. Average blemishes are removed and skin tone/texture is evened out. Below are two samples of images before and after standard retouching. Any retouching needed beyond this is quoted per image. If you’re not sure if your image requires standard retouching, look at it this way: Standard retouching = a simple visit to the dermatologist. Extra retouching = a complicated visit to the dermatoligist, a visit to a makeup artist, a visit with the dentist, oral surgeon, or plastic surgeon (yes, I can add teeth, makeup, whiten teeth, & take off a few pounds for you for a fee). Click on the two images below to see samples of before and after basic retouching. How long will my order take? All orders are processed after payment is recieved. Prompt payment is appreciated on all orders. Any orders that go unpaid for over two weeks will be considered cancelled, and any new orders will be at the current prices (in the event of a price increase). Standard print orders take aproximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the season. Holiday times tend to be a little slower. Albums can take a bit longer depending on finalizing your layout. I can give you an estimate for these when they are ordered. |
